Kinex Enterprise Ltd and Suntech Cyberworks. give the Limited Warranty set forth below with respect to all Kinex products, This Limited warranty is only effective upon presentation of bill of sale or other proof of purchase . The Kinex product is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year, and is limited to repair, adjustment and/or replacement of defective products, Within the one-year warranty . Kinex Enterprises Ltd. will repair or replace the product, After the first year, we will charge for parts, labor and shipping fee when returning the merchandise to the customers, Kinex Enterprises shall not be responsible for any abuse , misuse, accident , negligence, or modification by anyone other than the manufacturer .

For Hong Kong, Macau and Overseas Market - Exportation

The products of Kinex Enterprises Limited are seriously tested by our QA Dept. according to AQL1.0, however, considering the possible damage caused during sea / air transportation, we usually provide the overseas customers with 0.5% extra spare parts free of charge in each shipment. The overseas buyer, importer , local distributors will be responsible for them at their own risks .
